At Zombie Crawl, we work to process and deliver your order as quickly and efficiently as possible.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been successfully placed and payment has been confirmed.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Shipping & Delivery
After your order has been processed, estimated delivery time is approximately 9 business days.
Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
Estimated total delivery time: approximately 10–12 business days from the date your order is placed.
Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after receiving your tracking number.
Delays
While we do our best to ensure orders arrive within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
